Dear Henry,
I have been asked by a service company to provide an earthquake addendum for all condominium properties. I was under the impression that this particular addendum was only to be utilized if you were appraising the entire condominium complex. Can you clarify please?

Dear Lisa,
When you negotiate the Scope of Work with the client (as required by USPAP) they can ask for anything that does not make you violate the USPAP.
You must they decide if you are competent to provide what they want and if the fee they offer makes it worthwhile to complete the assignment.
