Dear Henry,
I looking for a good residential builing cost data guide for the Florida panhandle for a single use appraisal. I don't get enough work that requires the cost to cure to subscribe to one of the national services. I need info for this one job. What do you recommend?

The only cost services I am familiar with are Marshall & Swift and Bluebook. I suggest you try your local library or try to borrow one from another appraiser, builder, or developer in your area.
